Task Requirement and Scopes
* Work description for Hiring Manager
Hiring people
* technical judgement ( skill level and matching ) would be done by tech dirs' and with programmers' support ( also managements' support ). not by you.
* making job posting, from our text to all the decided social hiring networks. odesk,Elance and some more.
* inviting candidates as many as possible, in all the platform.
* do the basic interviews and questions and answers with them.
* filling our template excel form about the applicants ( proposals ) , and submit to us.
* main task will be ,keeping increasing the hired in the team, without risks. hire new people with following the hiring rules.
* trial base for the new people with less experience in those online work.
Progress Management
* asking for members' availabilities.
* asking for the developers on each of todos assigned to him.
* keep requesting members to set due date on their tasks.
* report it to management.
Hiring manager Engagement and Responses
- you must self-start the progress management daily work without our side's request.
This is strong and a MUST and requirement.
- you have to check our project management system, and emails for the tasks for you.
- must be checked daily, at least 3 times a day.
- a very simple daily report to us using template.
