Real Estate Assistant needed for comping properties

We are a real estate development company who is active in the Atlanta Market.
We are looking for a real estate assistant who is able to properly comp a property by using the FMLS + Realist
1 - review daily incoming emails from listing agents
2 - pull comps on properties and report deals to management
3 - talk to real estate agents if needed about properties and determine flexibility on price
4 - able to determine the ARV of a property
Only professionals with previous experience should apply!

How many properties to you comp so far ?
Do you know how to determine the ARV ?
