Post Production Video Editing TEAM needed for Sports Filming Company

We are a sports production company that films soccer, lacrosse, basketball and baseball games. We are looking for a team of editors (at least 10 or more) to take our full length game videos (30-45min average video length) and create short 2-3 min highlight reels from these games. The process for highlight reel creation will work as follows: -The customer will purchase a highlight reel from our store -The customer will then fill out an online form that will include the game, teams, exact time codes they want to be in the highlight reel and the plays itself i.e IFL West Coast Championship, Team 1 vs Team 2, 2:30 - 2:40, goal Here is the exact form: (link removed) -This form will be saved and emailed directly to your teams processing flow. -Your team will have access to all the game film in our AWS S3 storage, where you can search and pull down the exact game film to your local editing environment within RAW format at 1080. -You team will create a professional highlight reel from the information provided on the online form. You will transcode the highlight reel to .mp4 format and then upload it to an S3 highlight reel folder with our standard naming convention. We will need a 24 hour turn around time from when the highlight reel was purchased to when it's delivered to the customer. This should take no longer than 5-10 min for an experienced editor to complete. We are looking for a professional editing team that is comfortable producing a high volume of highlight reels from full length films. They will have expert level skills one or a couple of editing software such as: Final Cut Pro (X) Adobe Premiere Elements 15 Pinnacle Studio 21 as well as having the right hardware to transcode this game film into mpeg-dash and HLS format within final cut before it is delivered to the cloud server, which you will have access to. We will be paying either per highlight reel or hour depending on your teams requirements. Looking at a range between $5 per highlight reel. We will have around 5000 highlight reels needed to be created in 2018. NEXT- we are also looking for the same team to take our full 30-45min full sports games that we film and make sure they are clean. By "Clean" we mean that there is no black or dead frames. That the camera is always pointed to the game not at the sky and just clean up the film. Your team can fast forward through the game to verify the quality of film. Then once the game film is cleaned up and ready, you will transcode it to mpeg-dash and HLS and then upload it to our cloud server. We will have around 40,000 games that will need to be edited in 2018. We will be paying $5.00 per cleaned up game. We look forward to your proposals.
