Need 2 short videos real quick

I have 2 video requirement of 15 seconds. No sound or voice over. Text should be in urdu language. I can provide words in urdu if required. Lahore se Multan Sirf 520 Lahore se Faisalabad Sirf 325 Rs. (logo under it) 3.5 sec long pause + animate Total 15 seconds. Second Video: I will share already animated logo that needs to be added at begining (4 seconds) and ending of it (6 seconds) so we have 5 seconds more in which I am sending another video. Just combine these 3 and render in below mentioned dimensions. Video dimension and details: Video Dimension (W x H) 1280x1280 OR 2000x2000 Aspect Ratio: 1:1 Duration 15 seconds FPS 25 FPS (Frame per second) Bitrate/Data Rate Between 300 kbps to 2500 kbps I will be needing the project delivery in 12 hours or less. Its a quick project and wont take more than 1 hour to get it done.
