Edit 2 x After effects template. Ongoing project. READ ALL BRIEF. Carefully!!

I have TWO after effects templates. Both for Real Estate. I need a freelancer that can do the following: - edit the templates, change content, change colors, and use only the scenes I need. So I have my own two templates in my brands when it's done. You will have to send back complete templates in my brand when project is completed. When we have created the two first videos, the ongoing work starts. You will then each week create from 1 to 6 videos based on the same template. Change out images and text contents, but after the first edit into my brand as mentioned above the edits after this will be the same each time. I will pay you up to maximum 60 USD to first edit the two main templates into my brand. This according to the budget in my post. That is from 40 to 80 USD (including two additional videos ref below) Then ongoing work each week will be paid 10 USD for each film, since all you need to do is to change out images and some text content within the already set template for my company. It should not take long as long as you know what you are doing. We will start this project around 10am New York time, Wednesday this week (tomorrow my time). I need you to have the skills to get these two templates in place within maximum 6h from start. Since I have a deadline on publishing them.
