1 day filming in minimum 5 key places in the city of Dubai

I'm afraid you have a very small understanding of prices for video in UAE, even not good videographer will charge you more, second - not everywhere you can shoot video and photo and after 1 min securities will follow you and ask stop filming without legal permission, to obtain permission for a shoot you should explain why exactly you do this and what purpose, if this is commercial ad video that are used for promotion, advertising, presentation of company etc you will have to pay for filming around [!]dirham for a day on the exact location, not everywhere.... And last - even buying those footage that are already shot and on sale would cost higher what makes you think that anyone will do the full 2-3 day exclusive job for you with huge budgets for transportations and under laws pressure for this amount?...
