E5 is seeking proposals to produce a minimum of three (up to four) short videos, 30 sec in length, for a new website. Also, E5 is seeking proposals to produce photography for the new website (full day video and photo shooting). General Information Client is A FULL AMUSEMENT PARK. Date of the Videos/Photos to be completed and sent to the client: by July 26th, 2018. Project Description The following videos should be produced: 1. High-resolution video shooting (HD); 2. Inhouse drone video shooting; 3. Inhouse regular video shooting; 4. Videos must be able to be reduced in size without diminishing quality; 5. Videos should be without of a background sound (except of the interview videos); 6. Videos should be in a file format for use on the client’s website and social media platforms (mp4 etc); 7. Videos should show different attractions that the client has (12 attractions: Open Jump Arena, Ninja Warrior Course, Laser Tag, Mini-Bowling, Leap of Faith, Laser Maze, Climbing Walls, Toddler Area, Snookball, Arcade, Eats Cafe, Parties); 8. Videos should show customer service (interaction with customers); 9. Possibly, to have video interview with employees. 10. To show customers of different ages; The following photos should be produced: 1. High-resolution photo shooting (HD); 2. 40% of the photos should be panoramic and to be taken at far range (as we can zoom-in but we can’t zoom-out); 3. To show different attractions that the client has (12 attractions: Open Jump Arena, Ninja Warrior Course, Laser Tag, Mini-Bowling, Leap of Faith, Laser Maze, Climbing Walls, Toddler Area, Snookball, Arcade, Eats Cafe, Parties); 4. Possibly, to make employees photos. 5. To show food/drinks (menu); 6. To show customers of different ages; Subjects & Locations E5 will provide and coordinate the video/photo shooting on-site.
