I need to built a module uploading & view/download in vb13

The main functionality of the module is file uploading & view/download. In the screen user can select a document type from the drop down list (land details, govt id card, bank details, property details etc) then user can upload corresponding files in two way. One is to browse pdf(single/multiple) or image(single/multiple) file from the pc. 2nd way user can use default connected printer scanner (multiple page option). All uploaded files can be track using database (customer,document_type,filename) & all upload files should be jpg format (pdf page will auto converted into single image file ) In another section of screen user can view & download (PDF Only ) uploaded documents . If uploaded as pdf then it will auto convert into image before save. Once user click on download then all image of particular document type will combine into a single pdf In case of view mode it will show on screen. If for a particular document type has two image then show one by one. Or else you can show it as pdf on screen
