Hello, I built similar hyper casual games and I can handle both graphics and coding parts. Actually, I prefer if you supply graphical assets. My suggestion is to use prefabs for fuels, stars, obstacles (meteorite etc.). I can create obstacles semi-randomly. I mean random but with some rules we define to allow game to be playable. When user gets higher scores, the rules for creating obstacles will cause more and harder obstacles to be created though still random.
