Proxmox - Reoccuring support and remote system administration

We are a small MSP in Sweden that will deploy Proxmox in a cluster using Cephs. We want to run a HA-cluster, we have 4 new nodes to start with. We are looking for talents that have experience in Proxmox in a HA-configuration. The intention is to use SDN We will sign a support agreement with Proxmox but want to have a couple of talents in different time zones around the globe to turn to on urgent matters as well as for technical advice and to manage upgrades of the cluster and also to help out moving VM´s. This is not a fulltime Gig, we estimate that it will be something around 10-15 hours a month in the beginning and at that time we need fast responce. The intention is to use Proxmox Backup Server. Today we have an old setup with 12 nodes running Virtuozzo (using KVM), this cluster have VM´s (Windows,Linux) as well as some containers that should be moved over to Proxmox ASAP. We have script to export the VM´s to a NFS-share. We want to be able to mail, chat and video meetings with you and we see this as an co-operations over time, not just one time job and want to pay by hour. Please respond with a suggestion on price. We are seeking talents that have native Linux skills as well as network skills. You Should not only have played around with Proxmox at home, you should have professional skills in this and know about storagesolutions, SDN-technology.
