Translate Japanese into English (and transcribe into Word Doc. or PDF, preferably)

I have a small notebook (approx. 5" x 3.5" or 12.7 cm x 8.9 cm) from the World War II era that consists of roughly 28 pages of various amounts of Japanese characters. Some of the pages are half blank or more, and the greatest number of columns on any page is ~18 (most are much shorter). I have taken pictures of these pages and uploaded them into a 17 page PDF file (the file depicts 34 pages of from the notebook, 6 are entirely blank, and ~9 are half blank or more). I am looking to hire someone who can translate the pages for me into English and organize into a Word Doc. or PDF (or other comparable format). By "organize", I mean, for example, headings that say "this is translation of PDF p. 1a; this is translation of PDF p. 1b; this is translation of PDF p. 2a" and so forth. I realize that due to the age of the pages in the notebook and the fact that some of the pencil might have smeared, certain characters could be difficult to interpret. To that point: (1) This is entirely fine. I just want to get the majority translated and gist of what is written, and I will not be expecting extra time spent on difficult to read characters. (2) I believe that if you use Adobe to view the PDF and either change the orientation and/or zoom in on the characters, most of them are pretty easy to see. I have uploaded the PDF file discussed above. I would like this project done as soon as possible, but no later than on December 23, 2018. Thank you for your consideration. -Greg Jones
