We supply unique telephone training equipment used by call centre trainers, and trainers delivering telesales, debt collection training, general telephone techniques, induction, call handling, customer service. The equipment enables a trainer to get the group to role-play work scenarios and record them easily wherever he or she is and then play back to the group so they learn quickly. it is a unique product we have been selling very successfully in England. We want to market this to Germany - both hire and sales directly - but do not speak the language so need someone who is fluent in German and English, and ideally has or is a trainer and understands the market and could speak on our behalf. They would be the person the prospect/customer speaks to and would help us with translating emails etc, possibly even meeting face to face with a prospect if we do a demonstration out there. attached are pics of the product, our draft brochure, and a translation from our website page for german trainers

Hello I'm a german native speaker fluent in english. I was born and raised in munich and live with my wife and our four kids near Frankfurt/Main since 5 years. My wife is an english native speaker fluent in german, so there's no need of any dictionary. You could hire two native speakers at once. As seen in my profile and portfolio I provide high quality and manually translations. Further I was working in the sales and customer care sector for some (about 5) years. I worked in several sales sectors and the supreme disciplines like callcenters (Outbound) and as door to door sales agent (cold calling). I am an experienced translator who has decided to do freelancing. I can do English, French, German, Italian and Spanish translations. I have several years of manual translation experience and I also work with colleagues who make sure the quality of my work is excellent. I prefer to work on Word files. Files such as pictures and Excel documents cost more, because they are strenuous to work on. Advertisement, Legal and Marketing documents have different rates due to their nature.
