I have experience using Microsoft office programs, google apps, QuickBooks, zendesk, slac k, skyp e, dialpad, c-panel, and others VA / Admin software. I also have experience in data entry (Inventory, products), email and ticket handling, live chat, and call support, booking, scheduling, etc.
I have a high English level, native Spanish fluency and can talk basic Portuguese.
