I would like to work on your project, but I really need some/more info about it... Do you have already any shape(s) for the cutters?... Do you need only siple cutters or also progressive ones? (one main cutter to create the desired shape, and the other one(s) to create the debossed/indentations for better shapping the piece of clay) Would the cutters be used for piece by piece cutting, or in a continous movement (like a roller wich to cut several pieces from a spreaded sheet of clay) For any more questions, we could chat here, including the whole details of the project, final price, time frame, deliverables, etc, etc... I've been in 3D printing world since 2015 which taught me a lot of how to design properly in order to get the best result out of the printer. That being said, I'm also proficient in 3D desigining, i've been desigining since 2015 as well. Mostly I use fusion 360 for the software. Looking at your references, I can help you designing such similar cutters or even more complex ones if you'd like to try ( like molds or jigs).
