Hello 3D modeller and renderer, I have a project which requires several 3d max Interior perspective. If you available to work anytime from today to 15th October 2018, please send me a link to your portfolio to sharifah@[login to view URL] This is a design development work, which involves 3D Max modelling and rendering. Scope of work 1. To produce photorealistic interior perspectives rendering using 3d Max. 2. Basic building model will be provided in Sketch-Up model format to assist. However, they need adjustment to design. 3. Material and finishes will be provided. You may need to add some additional material as we go along as we fine-tuned. 4. We require you to send multiple draft images DAILY to reflect the changes that we send to you on a daily basis. 5. Please expect some design changes during the modeling and rendering process. Most of the time we will send you the updated model, but sometime we will ask you to revise the model. 6. Payment milestone will be in several stages depending on the complexity of the project, example: first draft, 2nd draft and final delivery. 7. Delivery of project: a) Jpeg format 5000x3400 dpi and b) 3dMax model 2015 version complete with the materials and ID material. 8. Deadline: 22nd October 2018 9. Attached is an example of quality required + our sketch.
