Create a 3D Photorealistic rendering of hybrid stable/workspace environment for presentation purposes!

For a presentation I need a high-quality 3D Rendering of a space which combines a small stable (with 2 cows and 1 sheep) inmidst a larger multifunctional room like a gym with 2 separate spaces. There also should be a kitchenette with a small bar area for eating. This is the basic setting. Whenever the 2 cows and sheep enter their small stable the people in the "gym" or 2 spaces should alter according to the following settings: Setting 1: a group of pregnant women doing gymnastics on mats and gym balls. Setting 2: business meeting of men and women - presentation in a circle of chairs with a beamer Setting 3: children doing homework around desks in one of the smaller spaces/rooms in groups of 4 or 6 Setting 4: a group of people (possibly the business or other characters from other settings) with a few children cooking and eating at the bar area Setting 5: toddler' playroom or day nursery where toddlers (girls and boys) play with toys and 1 kindergarten teacher Setting 6: children (like a scouts group) sleeping overnight on straw bales Setting 7: older and younger women knitting and/or working on sewing machines Note: all groups have to comprise of multicultural people - with a majority of white ethnicity. Please add a person in a wheelchair in one or two settings. The environment should clearly be barrier free. The inner walls of the building should be made of straw bales. The area where the 2 cows and the sheep house should have an opening into a very small meadow - and there should be a city skyline in the background - as this building is in an urban area. The stable area should be central in the larger "gym-room" and be separated by a glass-balustrade of 1,5 metres accordingly (unlike my renderings where straw bales function as fence). See the attached renderings. As I don't know how difficult it is: it would be cool, if all these groups could "move" so it would get a lively effect - like a gif or similar. The Logo of Cow in the City (this is the working title) should be prominently placed on a wooden board opposite the kitchenette and the Slogan MuhDeinLeben (I have these Logo in various formats) should be on the glass balustrade -
