Hi sir, I saw the reference you mention, that is 2D anime, I can create your animation in anime style, I actually love anime and it was one of the first style I learn to drawing. But you should know it is expensive because is frame by frame animation, my rates for that kind of work are $100 usd per design of each character and each background, and $27 usd per second of animation. I had being part of a animated movie years ago, you can look for it at youtube as Jesus He live Among Us. I work in a radio as a journalistic and musical producer and announcer. I propose to do a stop motion anime style.
