As part of new organization setup, we are provisioning end user systems to be managed via Microsoft Intune. When new systems are created, a baseline set of 3rd party applications (e.g. AV, VPN, 2FA, OneDrive client, etc.) are installed on the system via MS Intune. When the end user logs in to the system the first time, they can start using the applications or may have to authenticate to the application before using it. In case of some 3rd party applications, we see the user is presented with UAC prompt. The solution we are looking for from a MS Intune expert is approaches and options to suppressing the UAC prompt or pre-configuring the system to disable UAC prompt just for these applications. We do not want to disable UAC prompting altogether though.

Hi There could be many reasons why you are having this issue with all or some of your apps. Sometimes it cannot be resolved due to the nature of the app. If the problem can be resolved I will resolve it within a days time (+1 day for contingency). I would require to have an Intune administrator account and mock user account to test this in your UAT or PROD environment. Kind Regards Dmitri
