Sourcing agent to find printing/manufacturing partners for swag items who use organic/recycled/upcycled material

I am looking for a sourcing agent who can research and engage with potential printing or manufacturing partners for swag items in different countries.

Ideally, I want the freelancer to search for manufactures who use either up-cycled materials, 100% recycled materials, organic material to produce laptop bags, tote bags, etc.

Also, these manufacturers should offer printing option so I can get my own design printed on these products.
