Build Outbound email campaign Procedures

Want to use SugarCRM to conduct outbound email campaigns. We have done this in the past, but consultant who helped out is no longer available. Need to build a step by step procedure for conducting outbound email campaigns using capabilities inside SugarCRM. This involves setting up the campaign, setting up the list, building several email templates, setting up and using tracking codes (s), testing emails, setting up drop release of X/names per hour. My to have a process that I or other administrators can follow.
