Merge two datasets together using Stata

The task is about to merge two data sets together using Stata.
The first dataset is installation level emission data (panel data annual)
The second dataset is installation level emission permits transactions data
I need to match them according to their account holder’s name (company name)
For example: the merged data set should include:
Year country activity acquiringaccountidentifier/account holder transferringaccountidentifier number of units (all other variables in the first dataset and second dataset)
TheYear country activity variables should be in common, acquiringaccountidentifier/account holder can be partially in common, you should check if they are the same account holder.
