Solidwork CAM - 2-axis turning

Hello,

I´m looking for a Solidworks CAM specialiast to help me with simple academic project.

I will provide CADs of 5 simple basic metalic parts which must be made in 2-axis turning machine and I want:

1) All 5 pieces to be machined in solidworks cam (2-axis CNC machine). With corrrectly selected tools for each operation (can be solidworks tools) and smoth toolpath simulations without errors (example tool hitting the chuck is not acceptable). After I receive CADs from you I should be able to run solidwork toolpath simulation in my solidworks version 2021 and actually see simulations of solidworks machining the parts from the begining to the end.

2) I want to receive pdf report extracted from Solidworks where I can see all machining details for each operation (operation, tool, rpm, pace, time, etc..). I should be able to calculate how much time it take to machine each part in total.

Note 1:

It has to be considered that all parts are made is series (1 batch = 200 ps) from a long solid steel bars (raw material) wich have external diameter 2 mm above each part´s final diameter.

Note 2:

Part "Top nut" has hexagonal shape that requires milling, this milling operation can be ignored.

Deadline:

- I need CAM for all 5 pcs to be completed until 14:00 (Lisbon time) of 08/12/2022 - I will pay 20€ for this.

- If you will be able to finish all 5 pcs until 19:00 of 07/12/2022 - I will pay extra 5€ (so the total amount becomes 25 euros).
