Based on the video provided, I can reasonably recreate the mechanism with Solidworks if necessary which can then produce the necessary files also for printing. There seems to be three or four unique pieces and then an assembly structure with simple toothed gears of a particular sizing. Let me know what you have in mind, if the design varies somewhat and what sort of calculations you require. Thanks.
