Software to make PDF / HTML files from the database or application

Hi, I have a softwares with Car Manuals for each car make separatelly. The software you need to install on your computer. Once installed you are choosing the car model, year and engine, then you are getting access to Technical Instruction for each car component, but the component you have choose from the Menu and you are getting single page (or few pages) which you can print out. What I want to do? I want someone to develop Software which will allow me to create automatically PDF files for each car model, for chosen model year and for all engines available in this model year. I want to get ONE or SET OF PDF files with ALL Technical instruction for that specific car model, i.e. this must be created for each car component. Also it can be done in HTML file format. To do this, you can make a software which is simply 'using' the application or you can try to get access to database of the software and get information from there (I prefer this solution). In other Words, I want to have COMPLETE Technical Instruction for each car model, which contains all the information for each component of the car. The instruction should be in PDF or HTML file format. In this way i do not have to install the Software to have the access to this information. The instruction must contain Table of Contents. What is available: -I will provide you the software which is pre-installed on Virtual Machine (Windows XP) -I will provide you sample of the Technical Instruction in PDF and in HTML It might be Long term cooperation, because for each car make there is another software which means another database etc.
