Hire a Software Developer

Hello I am launching a small but targeted travel agency in January 2018 that will specifically provide bespoke holidays. As such we are looking for the following: 1) A database / technology platform that can essentially achieve the following core 4 things: 1. Hold a database of INDIVIDUALS (and their information) - who are our clients - we are a B2C NOT a B2B company 2. Hold a database of SUPPLIERS whom we use to supply the services our individual clients require - hotels, villa companies, boat hire / car hire companies, etc. 3. Offer marketing and mail marketing solutions direct to the individual clients 4. Ideally help with back office too (this is not essential) Ideally this would be a web / cloud based solution but not essential. 2) TO BE CLEAR OUR BUSINESS IS NOT ECOMMERCE - Essentially we are a business that sells travel services to individuals and a middle man but NOT on-line - it is all bespoke traditional sales as we only operate at the highest end of the luxury market place. This will mean that nothing is booked on-line so there is no need for an on line reservations system - we are a traditional agency who will do most of our bookings by telephone and email and do not require automated systems. What we ideally need is a database that holds information and has some level of sales and marketing tools such as mail marketing and keeping accurate records of our clients information - including a higher level of data such as their preferences when on holiday, etc. So there is an element of B2C CRM. 3) The key to our need is that our business deals with both individuals who are our clients and companies who are our suppliers. We are a middle-man business that has B2C clients and we organise the events between the suppliers and our end users who are INDIVIDUALS and not companies and therefore standard B2B CRM software is just not for us. 4) We do not require website development assistance at this time as we have our website finished and is launching shortly. It is not an eCommerce site but more so an information site Anyway, I therefore wonder if you can supply such a solution as above or some of the above and know of others that may be able to help in the areas you cannot?
