I want an algorithm that summarize news from different sources such wsj, Barron’s, Benzinga, Bloomberg, CNBC business, And this summarize shouldn’t from  A particular company for instance Oracle -company and Corralete this with the stock price move

For instance bad news or concerns compare price from  the last 14 days average price vs. bad news of [login to view URL]’s say that the average price of the stock was 55.6 dls last 14 days and some bad news were reported yesterday about 10 instances from different sources and make the move by 2% below the averageIt’s important to have the source and name of the source - who wrote the article is possible -to pondarate which is more accurate
