USB Device Manufacturer Needed (Hardware PLUS Software) - Java CARDS

I am looking for private, freelancer manufacturer who would be willing to manufacture from scratch ONE (1) UNIT*** of USB device to be plugged to computer (either pc or laptop) running Windows 10. I also need software which will work (obviously on Windows 10) for that USB device. You should develop a cable also so I can plug it to computer. Both device and software must also work on any upcoming Windows release in the future. *** Currently I want one unit only but I should have possibility to contact you again after few months or even years in case if I need another unit, obviously for a new payment. As you can see this exact type of smart cards are J2A080 3 Track HICO and contain BOTH magnetic stripe AND chip. Your manufactured device (usb connection) as well as belonging software must work with magnetic stripe only. Why? You will see this in next paragraph of text. So what do I need? The reason why I need cloned device (with software) instead of just buying it are actually two: - dimensions of existing device are at least 5 times too large (width, length, height). From you I will need it to make as small as possible. There is no other model on the market for features I need that I could just buy. - the external physical look of device is terrible. From you I will need it to completely redesign the device so it looks different. Also place (the actual path) for smart card should look completely different. So what exactly I need? I want to have developed usb device plus its software which will have THREE (3) features: writing on magnetic stripe reading from magnetic stripe erasing (deleting unlimited times) previously written magnetic stripe If you are keep reading description of this project request then you probably know what is being written, read and erased. Obviously Track 1, Track 2, Track 3. What are those tracks? If you have experiences with smart cards then you for sure know. Kindly check the second link how software looks like for those three tracks. So I am requesting device+software as magnetic stripe writer, reader and eraser. Since you are basically cloning existing device, which doesn't work with chip (but magnetic stripe only), I am also requesting to work with magnetic stripe only. I don't have documentation what is integrated (e.g. electronics,...) inside the device so I would need you to research for that on your own. For any questions you are welcome to ask.
