A simple stock charting application using Anychart (a Javascript charting library) and Bloomberg API

Deliverable: -A simple stock charting application. I can send screen layouts of what I'm looking for. -The app would take various stock tickers, and for each one it would generate an open-high-low-close chart with volume bars, using end of day data. The charts would roughly look like the two images I've attached. -For each ticker, the app would show charts of the following time periods: daily 3 month chart, daily 1 year chart, daily 5 year chart, weekly 10 year chart. Tools/apps/frameworks to use 1. The app would use AnyChart, an off the shelf Javascript stock charting library. I'd purchase the product and give you access to it. It's pretty simple to insert into Javascript. I would need some help customizing the look and feel of the chart, which is easy to do in AnyChart. [login to view URL] 2. Bloomberg API. I have a subscription to a Bloomberg terminal. This is where the data to populate the charts would come from. Their desktop API makes it easy to pull historical open, high, low, close information for each stock ticker. They have versions of the API for Java, C, C++, and .NET, and Excel/VBA. I'm not sure what the best option is. -I'd enter a list of stock tickers in Excel, which I could export via VBA into a csv file or whatever file type makes sense. -That list of tickers would be passed to the Bloomberg API to get historical data back for each ticker. -That data would be passed to AnyChart to then run the app and render charts using Javascript Other comments: -There are various tweaks that we would need to iterate to get the look of the charts just right -I'd prefer to work with someone who is available longer term, to tweak the app as my requirements get fined tuned with further usage -I prefer someone who can write a very simple, clean app with the minimal amount of code possible. Not looking for spaghetti code. Something lightweight and elegant, which I (as a non-programmer) can learn over time and begin to modify myself. -I am paying for this out of my own pocket. I can't put this on my corporate credit card. Hence I am more sensitive to project and hourly cost than I otherwise would be. -Someone familiar with Bloomberg API and AnyChart would be helpful as that prevents a learning curve, but it's not essential.
