Simple Csharp winforms application (check registry key and then launch application)

I need a simple csharp process check windows forms application. This will have an Image on top, two lines of static text below. It will need to include an "OK" and a "Cancel" button. Once the user clicks OK, it will then need to do a registry if a key exists within HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion or not. If it does, then add a line below the existing static line to say: "Please remove OneDrive before continuing". If the user clicks OK again, it will hold that message unless the user clicks Cancel. Application should then exit. If registry key does not exist after the user clicks OK, then launch [login to view URL] and any arguments we gave to launch this winforms application. If winform application is called [login to view URL] and I launched it by typing [login to view URL] /install then the "/install" needs to be passed onwards by launching "[login to view URL] /install". Please ask questions if you have any so that we get this right the first time. Highly appreciated. I need the source code as well as exe once done. Thank you.
