Reversible Data Hiding in Encrypted Images by Reversible Image Transformation - open to bidding

I need the base code implementation. The code should be GUI, using [login to view URL] code must include the Metrics used in the base paper. You can take 15 days to complete the base paper coding. In the second paper you are requested to improve the performance, use of new Algorithm, all the metrics used in base and 2, 3 additional metrics to show that the proposed methodology is better.
