This project must complete on or before Sunday May 15, 2016. This project requires writing a 1 to 2 page recommendation for a link checker solution. Background information is below:

Currently a large private company has a 250 page manual with lots of images that was written in MS Word 2013. The company is now re-writing this manual replacing most images with hyperlinks to internet. A PDF is then generated from the MS Word file. Finally, the PDF is uploaded to the company's Intranet (SharePoint 2013) for use by headquarters and remote office company staff.

Since some hyperlinks will become obsolete and broken as time moves forward, the company plans to update the manual monthly to check/fix broken links. However, there are A LOT of links and a quick and easy way to check for "broken links" each month is desired.

The above is a high-level overview of the problem. Please ask me if more details are required.

The ONLY deliverable for this project a 1 to 2 page document recommending a solution or options for different solutions. We only want to focus on what you think are the "best" solution(s). The document should describe the proposed solution(s) so that the company understands what is being recommended. The company will then review this recommendation.

In your bid, please include 1 or 2 sentences describing at a high level what type of solutions you plan to recommend. I will be hiring and paying multiple freelancers in hopes of finding different options.
