I need a c-code engineering interface program written in the early 1990's for Windows updated to the run on a WIN10 platform. It has multiple functions - upload / download parameters, graphs, etc., and connects to an automotive module via RS232. This would need to be updated for USB. I have the source code and there are really two separate programs to be updated - one for converting a listing file to a parameter file, and the main interface app. You would get the req's from the source code as it's very well documented.
