Python 2.7, I need someone to write/repeat code for combinations

This is what I need:
I have a list of 11 different IDs, I need them written in some basic code for every combination that can happen - i do NOT need/want the numbers repeated at all, so for the first one all 11 IDs will be in 1 line, that's the 11 ID portion done.
The code used would be the following for an example:
elif '1014920' and '1013750' and '1011700' and '1010150' and '1011620' and '1010050' and '1007830' and '1011120' and '1014950' and '1010420' and '1014920' in [login to view URL]:

else:
print('null')
I need it repeated for all possible combinations from 11 to 1, sorted highest combinations to lowest. Again, I do not need the IDs repeated at all in the same line!

I can complete this in 2 hours. I just have a couple of questions related to the output.
1) what should be the line separator? We are printing combinations of 11 different IDs and the result will be very large. Do u want to leave a blank line for every combination printed(i.e after printing 11 IDs)?
2) Should it be printed to console or a text file? I assume it's a text file but just want to make sure of it.
