윈도우 파이썬 I need a telegram bot to forward the msg from Telegram private channel(I am only member) to my channel( I am admin, channel is private).

Telegram Bot can not be part of the private channel. But telegram bot can get admin in my private channel.

If you have any suggestions apart from this, you are most welcome.

The only condition is, messages has to be instantly transferred from one channel to other without any delay. plz read my requirments and if you exist under what i want then bid. I don't want to explain more.

And. You have to upload the the bot in my google app engine and test the bot in web because I will use google app engine as a server.

Also, I will test the bot in web and then I will pay for it.
