We have been developing similar scale applications like ERPs since many years, so based on our expertise we would suggest that the scope of work should be clarified in detail which helps in developing the better structure and design. It will be good if you can let us know about the details of each module so that we may provide a more accurate estimate. However based on the standard features of the modules, our initial estimate is going higher than US $35,000, means this is at least 7-8 months project but of course, we can discuss more in depth and move forward.
