I need A Instagram and Twitter Marketing Software in Python -- 2

We are a startup company based in Wayne. We are looking for a web developer to complete our application. It's a social media marketing software. It involves the creation of software for managing social media accounts, mainly Twitter, Instagram. Project is divided into 2 Parts 1. ) The main website - It must support all normal website features i.e user management, Admin portal, orders, payment and invoicing etc. - A user on the website will have access and manage is own list of social media account. - An admin can have access to every users data and social media accounts on the website. - Developer can come up with is own idea and design for the website as long as features above are supported. 2. ) Social Media Software - Supports Instagram and Twitter. - Adding of social media accounts for all platform. - Posting of site content to social media. - Must be able to follow users based on keyword input by user - Must be able to unfollow users that are not following - Must be able to like & retweet users post on keyword input - Must be able to comment on users post on keyword input - Must be able to extract content from & rss field and post the various account - Management of social media accounts. As usual developer is allowed to be creative and come up with is own idea as long as those conditions stated above are meet.
