Modify C# Visual Studio VS2015 Project for PC Application

Have a PC application that I need some modifications made to:
1) Create a copy of a screen that handles invoice reconciliation, but make it for purchase orders.
- Relatively small change as all of the functionality is already written. It's just applying it from invoices to purchase orders.
2) Modify a drop down list.
- Change what is shown on a drop down list on a certain screen.
3) Have cost codes automatically listed in a project.
- In the project screen. On a new project have all cost codes already added, instead of having to do it manually.
4) Modify user levels - tab access to the program
- Change to allow for new tab created in request 1.
This was originally written in VS2005 C#. Have upgraded to VS2015. It needs to stay on VS2015 to work with the installer.
