MIFARE Proximity Smart Card Generator

I have ready to use cards written by the manufacturer with a specific algorithm in a specific block. The manufacturer uses a sequential number and an algorithm to generate special block of data on card. I want a card generator (not copy of orginal) which will write this special block with same algorithm. I have two card reader/writer attached to a test computer. One with sample card and one with empty card. I can install your preffered os (linux/windows) to this computer and open remote access to your control. I want a software or solution which will generate for example 100 cards sequentially with same algorithm of sample card.
