Hey, I am assuming that you already have tagged data for a subset of the images which may be used for training. Is it possible for you to share some of those tagged images and the tags list? This will help me in determining the tags and also suggest the approach that could be used. Without having looked at the data, I think CNNs could be easily used to tag the color but Fabric and fit may not be as easy and perhaps the other categories may not be straight forward as well. Hello there, I have worked on exact same problem before so here are the steps you should take to build your solution. 1. Make a flask/Django server which can read and store images from your database. 2. Each image once read should be passed through 3 distinct filters, a. Type of the garment (women, Kurti, stock clearance, price range, etc.. ), b. features of the image ( color, textures, style, trends of similar products on your site, etc.. ) and c. Clustering filter ( cluster similar featured products in a networked data-web 3. Then create a simple table structure or list depending upon your existing infra, to store that information. Django itself can do this. 4. Connect this to your recommender system to recommend similar products. In order to achieve this you will need the following : 1. A certain amount of labeled data ( but you could try transfer learning too if you don't have data and make the neural network better over time) 2. Someone on your time that can communicate (handhold) your developers regularly who also understands the technology to create business and strategic components of the system without which the whole recommender system will become your disaster and you won't even notice! I have experience in implementing ML and DL models using tenserflow, keras and scikit-learn. I have completed many projects. Some of these are as: 1. Human Activity Recognition (HAR) :- I have tried three models Support Vector Machines (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to classify six activities(Walking ,Walking Upstairs, Walking Downstairs, Sitting, Standing, Laying). The most accurate model tried is SVM with accuracy of 98.47%. 2. Brain Computer Interface(BCI) with the P300 Speller which aims for helping patients incapable to activate muscles to spell words by methods for their brain signal activities. The first classification is to identify the presence of a P300 in the electroencephalogram(EEG). The second classification is the combination of various P300 response for deciding the correct character to spell. 3. Handwritten Digit Recognition using CNN :- Implemented a CNN model using tenserflow to identify handwritten digits from the MNIST dataset. I will first discuss problem statement and your requirement properly and then I will propose an approach and estimated outcomes with you and if you will agree with that then I will code that and complete it.
