Dear cyber friends, I need your help installing an application for me on a server. My client is orienting on using a new ticket system to manage IT issues and ask me to install a demo version of this application. Since this is an installation on Linux with tomcat and I am a Windows engineer I am pretty lost on this so need someone to help me do this. All the documentation and a directory list of all the sources are provided in the attachment. The sources will be given to the person who gets the job. It is a relatively small job that should be done in a couple of hours if you know your stuff Here is what I basically need: 1) Install this application on a test server (I’ll provide) until it all works and tell me how to login. 2) Make an installation description, pevertly a screen recording, of all the installation steps from step 1 until the tool is running so I can use this to reproduce the installation later if we decide to continue.
