HI, The process can be done through this way. First using Pivot table, it will be calculated total numbers of hours worked on any particual day by employee. Then looping only those with overtime will be looped and required operation will be done. I will also create a report of in easy to check Table way. There are couple of chellenges I see. In time, there may be entry if Over time higher then number of hours in Last entry. That way, previous entry will need to manage? I have completed over 150 related projects here. Start and and Time for over time entry..and end time of entry from which hours are deducted. Will that need to be managed also? We shall discuss these points in detail. I am expert in Excel VBA and I can complete this process within couple of hours. Thanks
