Build a text stocking and processing simple software or wordpress plugin

Small simple software to manage lines of text and export as WORD format Features: - I enter lines/blocks of text with possibility to choose font size/thickness/underline/color (like normal text editing), possibility to append keywords to those lines of text, possibility to apply colors to their boxes. That color will reflect everywhere, except on FINAL WORD FILE TO BE PRINTED ---> then hit save. - These lines/blocks will populate a database that i can save and export as file into software root. - Database must be researchable by entering any word from those lines of text, its pulls the line out in search results. Keywords also are searchable when available on lines saved. - When i get my search result, i have a ADD button beside each line of result - When i hit ADD, that line/block gets exported to a draft WORD file, that i can visualise by hitting a button on the bar above the software. When i am done visualizing, i can click on DATABASE button so i am back to database items and research page, where i can ADD more text items to draft WORD file. - When i am done adding items, i can visualize again WORD file, make manual edits to text, save on a folder in root of software, (or anywhere else.) - Those saved WORD files are viewable also and searchable by hitting a button on the navigation bar. They can alse be viewed as search result mode (mean those lines inside the word with color code saved earlier on database) - Possibility to apply/remove a template file, those lines/blocks will start populating at a defined position on that template (template type to be discussed, if its possible to use PDF, or JPEG file, but without loosing quality/resolution on final export) - Generated WORD files are printable from the platform itself as A5 format - Accept to make revisions until i get exactly what i have on mind. If you can do this on WORDPRESS, all these edits must be done on frontend not backend, i dont want to go through wordpress crowded dashboard each time to make those text blocks edits.
