AWS auroraDB CRUD with lambda

Hi I am a AWS Certified Solutions Architect from US. My understanding of the requirement is as follows: a) Code AWS Lambda functions to perform Create, Read, Update and Delete operations in an AWS Aurora RDS instance (behind a VPC or otherwise). I have a few questions on the scope a) Will you setup the Aurora instance and supply me with required access keys or do I need to setup the RDS instance including configuring the DB Security groups, VPC (if placed behind VPC) etc. b) What language do you want the code to be written in - Java or Node.js or python - please confirm. c) Can you please provide more details on the CRUD operations itself? At this moment from whatever I have read from the description, it is a very doable. I have done quite a bit of research and written whitepaper for my CoE on Serverless architecture involving AWS API Gateway, Lambda and DynamoDB paired with Custom Authorizer that authenticates JWT tokens at the AWS API Gateway layer .
