We are looking for a service-oriented individual to bridge the gap between our online store and our customers. Absolute English fluency is a requirement. The candidate will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, currently all electronic (via email, social media channels, or a ticket system). The candidate will also be responsible for some "catch-all" type of responsibilities--things like scheduling Social Media posts, creating and sending newsletters of new products, and other similar tasks that will generally help further our brand and boost engagement. The ideal candidate is someone that shares both a passion or making a customer feel valued and for the products we sell--baby and toddler clothing. Having knowledge of this niche is a great asset. Being able to evaluate product cost and potential customer emotional response for various situations and selecting the best path is an even better asset. Familiarity with the Shopify platform and past experience in a similar role or a floor manager type role is a plus. The ability to work independently and make judgment calls in tough situations is a must. The desire to be proactive in creating processes to solve potential future issues and also to reach outside of the "Customer Service" role to help the store in any other ways possible is necessary. This could include things like identifying recurring customer issues, working to help fulfill orders if our team is behind, or doing any other general tasks to help further our overall cause. Customer inquiries will come in 24/7. The applicant's full-time availability will need to spread over all days of the week so that a customer never waits longer than 24 hours to hear a reply (and, on average, all replies are much quicker). Salary will be negotiable and paid on a monthly basis.

I can prove to be handy with the following: 1. Order processing using oberlo and Aliexpress if its a dropship store. 2. Customer service via emails and different channels like fb, insta etc. 3. Product research. 4. Product listing using oberlo and Aliexpress or manual as required. 5. Inventory management. 6. Negative feedback appeal to shut down any chargeback. 7. I have gone through your description and can see that you need someone who goes above and beyond just the Customer Service role, I feel I am that person. I have over 2 years of V.A. experience which has involved email handling and social media post scheduling to mention a few. I also have no problem working full-time. I can be available around 7 days a week with around 45 hours free for this project. No messages will take longer than 24 hours to answer and most will be sooner. I have been working remotely in customer service for some time and have spent 15+ years face to face with customers in the past. Dear Hiring Manager, I’m applying for the customer support position available and be part of your company, I’m really excited about this opportunity. I would like to point out that have I many skills that are required for many positions, for example, I’ve been building computers since I graduated from high school and love doing it. I also worked in project as tech support for BAC CREDOMATIC, a bank here in Honduras, where we had to migrate all Windows XP pcs, nationwide, to Windows 7. Learned a lot more with that experience and enjoyed every minute. It goes without saying that they were behind schedule and the end date was on to us, so I helped them pick up the pace and deliver on time. Also, I have experience on call centers, my numbers were really good as a Customer Service Agent, sadly, the American company that we represented went broke. I would like to point out my time as a Medical Interpreter was very fulfilling and I had the pleasure to help many people. I also have sales experience with Comcast as a retention agent on which I managed to be top performer. At the moment I’m working with Windstream as a Costumer Service representative and with retention functions.
