Web Developer from India required

I currently own 2 different small companies and we are currently moving our infrastructure to the office 365 platform in which a large component of this is SharePoint. We are currently looking for someone that has SharePoint development and administration skills to help implement and maintain our total infrastructure This will include helping with the components from SharePoint including and not limited to Manage site collections, Configure InfoPath Forms Services, Configure InfoPath Forms Services Web service proxy, Manage User Profiles, Manage Business Data Connectivity, Manage Term Store, Manage Secure Store Service, being able to create reports etc. by using access or excel services, as part of the 365 SharePoint setup. - FYI the 365 office SharePoint is not the full version of SharePoint and has some limited functionality. This may be addressed at a later date with an onsite installation of SharePoint as the requirement grows. There will be some integration with other cloud base application for example our CRM/email marketing tool is Infusionsoft which has an API and we need to link this, I believe using he BDC, there may be some custom applications required to be built as well.
