SEO Research & Site Topic Planning

For this project, I'll provide you with a small list of Amazon products. I would like you to research each item from the list to find one that would be a good candidate for building an entire website around it. I would then like you continue research for that product to plan 19 page topics based on keyword research. I will need to know the selected product, the 19 page topics and keyword stats for those 19 topics. If needed, I can provide you with an example of this work in private. You can also find more detailed information for this project below. Selecting The Website Niche The listing of products that I will provide is a starting point to find and select a niche for an entire website. The niche that is selected will need to have at least a few relating keyword topics that can be targeted that offer decent traffic levels (at least 500 monthly searches) and fairly low organic search competition. Keyword Research / Page Topics Once a niche is selected for the site, continue keyword research to come up with a total of 19 different topics / main keywords to target. One of these can be a primary keyword phrase for the entire niche (ie, for the home page). I am okay with these being informational keywords - I actually prefer mostly informational phrases and maybe 5 product related phrases (one of these product phrases can be for the main product that led to this niche). Getting Paid Upon completion of this project, payment will be made in full the same day via PayPal. I am open to setting up escrow for those that require it, but I do 100% of my business through PayPal and this is a fairly small project so I would really prefer to just do a direct payment. If needed, I'd be happy to provide some public references to prove I am trustworthy. I've been a member here since 2005 (I'm a former Scriptlance freelancer, which is why I no longer have reviews on this site after they purchased Scriptlance). Ongoing Work This project is actually just a trial project to find someone to do this exact same work on a regular basis. I currently have over 20 projects just like this one to do in the next 60 days. More projects are also guaranteed beyond that time - at least a few each month and likely more. If you do a good job on this initial project, I will offer this ongoing work to you. For the ongoing work, I will only offer PayPal payments (can pay daily or weekly, up to you).
