SEO Needed - PAY PER RANK BASIS

I own a SEO agency here in the U.S. and I would like to hire a highly experienced WHITE HAT SEO on a pay per rank basis. What this means is we will negotiate a monthly rate to pay you for every website you do SEO on for us (each site will be different based on the competition of the keywords, et). Then, we will START PAYING YOU ONCE THE WEBSITE IS RANKED ON THE FIRST PAGE ON GOOGLE. No sooner. Most of our clients need LOCAL SEO. But, we also have the occasional National SEO campaign so you need to be able to handle both. You will start part time ranking about 5 websites. Then, scale up from there. Note: Most of our clients stay with us for years. So, you'll get paid monthly for each client you're doing SEO on. I myself am a SEO expert, so I know how long it will take to rank each website and what's fair to pay you. Please do not apply unless you REALLY KNOW YOUR STUFF and do ONLY Google safe SEO! I will be asking you about your SEO methodologies, previous experience, and a few sites you've ranked before I select the person we will hire. This is a LONG TERM position with growth potential. But, you MUST be able to ALWAYS achieve first page rankings! We are a reputable SEO company. We don't do churn and burn SEO by using spam backlinks and getting our clients delisted from Google. We also aren't in the business of doing "blog content" only SEO. If any of this is you, DO NOT APPLY! You MUST know how to create HIGH QUALITY high PR backlinks, create a NATURAL backlink profile with a mix of different types, meta data, optimize website code (alt tags, et), optimized highly readable content (if you need us to provide content, we can- you don't need to be a writer for this SEO job). I want to repeat the payment type here- WE WILL PAY YOU ON A MONTHLY BASIS FOR EACH WEBSITE YOU DO SEO ON ONCE THE WEBSITE IS ALREADY ON THE FIRST PAGE OF GOOGLE. We will NOT pay a deposit or any money until the websites are ranked. We've been in business for 14 years and can provide references so you know we WILL PAY YOU. The reason we're doing this is that we believe the proof is in the pudding. Everyone claims to be a SEO... very few can actually deliver results! But, if this is YOU... and you can rank websites in LOCAL markets effectively and in a timely manner. We will pay you well! We need someone to start IMMEDIATELY.
