Digital Sales Consultant [Freelance]

Strong sales and marketing skills are required along with the ability to manage yourself and your own time. A high level of commitment, drive and motivation is a must along with a fantastic understanding on the online and digital space. You will be required to manage high volumes of work. QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS We require applicants to meet a number of criteria in order to qualify for this internship • Have an interest in media and PR • Home office setup with internet access EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Certain experience and skills are required in order to secure your internship • Experience in expanding and maintaining databases for the purpose of lead generation • Understanding of social media, blogging, SEO, copywriting, websites and PR [for sales] • Contacting and initiating meetings with potential clients and new business prospects • You’re a self starter who can manage your own time, tasks and responsibilities • Strong understanding of sales, marketing and client relationship management • You are deadline driven and have the ability to produce quality work • Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Skype • Excellent research skills and the ability to learn quickly • The ability to book appointments and close sales • Active on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube • You need the ability to work independently • Understand the value of measuring results JOB FUNCTION & DESCRIPTION • New business development, including generating your own and sourcing new business • You will be required to work in a team towards achieving goals within company vision • Tailoring proposals from templates provided and adjusting contracts accordingly • Maintaining customer relations with new, old and potential clients • Booking appointments and closing sales • Focus, pay attention to detail OBJECTIVES & GOALS • Source sponsorships & funding for initiatives and projects as they arise • Sourcing and generating high quality leads • Close contracts and increase sales • Set meetings with potential clients CONTRACT & HOURS • You are required to have one Skype meeting during the week when not in the office • You will be required to work in our home office environment • You will be expected to work on your own sourcing your own leads • Be prepared to Sign a Minimum of 6 – 12 Month Contract REMUNERATION We implement results based remuneration and your earning potential is uncapped, depending on how much work you put in and how much you're prepared to commit. We work on a results based incentive scheme, where you are able to maximise earnings according to your performance, paying out bonuses as you reach particular sales milestones. Freelancers are paid 10% commission on all contracts closed and signed between Inrichmint and clients on retainer or short term. By delivering outstanding results you will be considered to become a full time member of our team. Should your initial application be successful, following a six months trial period where you will be required to meet targets, your freelance position has the potential of becoming a permanent position with the agency should you want to do so on offer and according to the terms of the working relationship. Full time employees will be paid a small monthly basic and retain their commision with an increase of 2% on all projects.
