Directory Submition idealy Over 800

Looking for someone to manually submit my site to as many directories as possible. This site is finance based. As I said no automated submition at all. Ideally over 800. I may consider a smaller list if theses directories have a higher PR and you can show it. As most directories require activation, you will need to set up an email account, say yahoo or gmail so to activate the links. I will put money in escrow and as soon as an excel sheet is provided with the links on, i will release the money. There will be no recipricical link back to the directory, so only those directories that are free or do not need a link back should be used. No porn, sex, gambling directories.
