Build Alexa skill

Hello there, This is Dinesh Kumar, a Masters student in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I'm using Alexa for a long time and as a developer I have worked on building skill for fun. I'm a developer and I wide experience in Natural language processing. I have prior experience in working with multi turn dialogue flow and external API calls from both Alexa skill and Google Actions. I would be fit for this project as you can get your work done in both Alexa and Google. Basically a skill basically follows the structure outlined. There is a speech communication between the user and the device. The device interacts with the skill. Internally, two main elements, namely the skill interface and the skill service communicate through JSON encoded messages, with the predefined function, and then it performs that action.
